Plans for a window display at a Kidderminster sex shop have come under fire amid fears it could offend the town’s Muslim community.

But the owner, himself a Muslim, today said the fears were unfounded. Simply Pleasure.com has applied to change its licence so it can display items such as lingerie in its Horsefair store.

But the move has led to protests from both a councillor and a church leader in the town who say it could offend both Muslims and other members of the community.

Nice shop, pleasant staff, excellent selection and sensible prices.

Excellent store with everything including R18 DVDs and Videos. They also do an exchange service allowing £10 off your next video or DVD when you take the others back. It's easily found at the end of an industrial estate on the outskirts of Kings Lynn, so out of the way of prying eyes etc. Not at all seedy and also very helpful plus non pushy. Well worth a visit ...even the missus enjoyed going! We will be going back again...and again!
