Sexshop365 lay claim to being the UK's largest retailer of sex toys with over 3400 products available. It would take half the review to mention all the product types, but you will find sex toys, clothes, bondage gear, a herbal pharmacy, games, condoms, novelties and more. The only obvious products missing are hardcore videos and DVDs, but this is down to UK legal restrictions.
It is great to have such a wide range of products as long as the site navigation can keep up... And it can. In fact the website is one of the best I have used for product navigation. The usual menu of product types is found on the traditional left hand side. The most obvious concession to scale is that the thumbnails on the first level are rather small. But this was not really a problem at this stage, as it is then very quick to scan to find what you are looking for.

Having found a product of interest, then the site cannot be faulted. All possible information is included along with a detailed description.

I was also impressed by the best sellers and new products being shown specific to the category that the is selected.

The site quickly makes it clear that customers will be looked after. There is price promise, free shipping on orders over £30, free gifts over £35 and free lube over £75.

There is also a loyalty scheme for regular customers and an affiliate scheme for webmasters

Policies

There are excellent site contact details. There is a 24 hour sales phone and an office hours online chat service. I loved the idea of providing email addresses for the management team along with undressable caricatures.

Delivery and returns policies are clear and well laid out on the site. There is a range of options for speedy delivery for those that need it.

Billing and delivery is, of course, secure and discreet.

There is a lot of other useful information too, such as a size chart specifying sizes like 'extra large' in terms of inches. I did notice that metric measurements were missing from the table though.

Full marks to the marketing and IT departments at Sexshop365 but I do rather think that their legal department should be given a talking to. There is a very assertive copyright message saying that site images 'may not be downloaded or displayed without prior written consent'. A great site, but there is little point if they don't allow customers to see it :)
